"Gigi" is one of the best tour guides we have ever used . She is smart and knows the history of ancient Ephesus extraordinarily well. She is also an excellent teacher and had a passion to share what she knows with us. She is a very good listener and included everyone in our group. The site of ancient Ephesus speaks for itself ( awe-inspiring) and she was " the icing on the cake" , enhancing our walk through the ruins. We could imagine ourselves walking with the Apostle Paul through the city, as she carried us through, and taught. She also deserves a " shout out" and applause for enabling us to eat at a local restaurant that serves home-grown food ( both meat and vegetables) in a family atmosphere at a local farm restaurant .
